If we are using your hardware or parts this does not apply if the failure is due to the part. We may, depending on the condition of the hardware, recommend replacement. If you choose not to replace we can still service your hardware, but there will be no warranty. In order to avoid these situations we like to provide a full quote before we provide service, we sometimes will request specific photos of the product and from that point can provide a detailed quote.
